| Patch 1.6 vrijgegeven [deel 2] |

Patch 1.6 is vrijgegeven en de gemiddelde Call of Duty 4 fan heeft de nieuwe mappen al gespeeld. Alleen zijn er enkele vervelende problemen. De serverfiles (Linux binaries) zijn nog steeds niet vrijgegeven, waardoor veel servers nog op 1.5 draaien. Gelukkig zal deze zeer binnenkort (lees: vandaag of morgen) vrijgegeven worden, het wachten is op het groene licht van Infinity Ward.
Tweede probleem is dat cups als Clandle en Clanbase voorlopig nog op 1.5 blijven spelen, tot teleurstelling van diegenen die graag de nieuwe mappen willen gaan verkennen.
Tenslotte is het opvallend dat de beloofde killcams niet aanwezig zijn in patch 1.6. Waarom die feature is overgeslagen, is niet bekend. Waarschijnlijk komen de nieuwe killcams nog in een toekomstige patch.
Gelukkig kan een beetje techneut hier wel een oplossing vinden. Je zet bijvoorbeeld je 1.6 installatie apart en je installeert het spel opnieuw waarna je patch 1.5 toepast.
Maar eigenlijk is het wachten tot alle server 1.6 gaan draaien of tot er een handige version changer beschikbaar is.

Hmm oke.
Heeft IW al vrijgegeven waarom de nieuwe Killcams er niet inzitten ?
Niet dat ik er wakker van lig ofzo dat ze er niet zijn :') , maar ik vind het wel een beetje jammer. |

Er waren veel problmemen en bugs met de nieuwe killcams
er moest nog veel gebueren , als ze die nu hadden uitgegeven dan trok het op niks .En liever traag en mooi dan snel en lelijk  |

ja je hebt wel een beetje gelijk maar als ze zeggen dat het er bij zit en het is niet zo dan mag je je toch zeker wel afvragen waarom niet. |

ik heb het toch liever snel en mooi maarja dat lukt vaak niet. en de killcam leuk mij wel leuk en ik miste hem al |

| jammer genoeg zal het vandaag ook wel niks worden met de linux er zullen velen net zo als onze clan de server,s nog steeds niet kunne laten draaien . nu kan ik meschien wel een zeikert zijn maar ik vind voordat de info komt eerst zeker weten of alles wel vrij komt en niet steeds een dag op schuiven maarja zal wel wel aan mij ligge we wachten wel weer af |

Ik denk dat het juist een voordeel is dat ze de killcams er niet bij hebben zitten, nu moeten ze nog een extra patch maken , mischien was dit anders wel de laatste geweest Hopen dat CTF, Killcams, Codtv er ooit nog inkomen |
